It all began nearly two decades ago as a Human Resource Manager in Charleston, South Carolina. I was tasked with creating weekly safety and well-being workshops for a team of 50 manufacturing employees. What started as a responsibility quickly became a passion. I saw firsthand how the right learning experience could change behavior, build confidence, and create connection.
That spark never left.
I later transitioned into content and courseware development in the SaaS space, leading complex projects that required translating technical concepts into engaging, human-centered learning experiences. During the pandemic, I went even deeper — earning a Master’s in Education with a focus on Instructional Design & Technology and immersing myself in advanced learning design strategies.
But I didn’t stop there.
After launching Course Ink, my boutique course development firm, I partnered with organizations across corporate and professional development markets to design learning experiences that don’t just inform — they transform.
